We're pleased to announce that Beth Gallup has joined the KRIC team as an EIR.

As one of our two EIRs, Beth will bring her considerable business and coaching skills to entrepreneurs willing to take the plunge.

"Here, innovations often develop in response to our geography, climate, and dispersed population. There are real opportunities for new venture development."

Biography: Beth Gallup, Principal, Under the Sun Consulting Corp.
From early experience with the Asian Institute of Technology through to her work today, Beth has been attracted to new ideas. Her strengths are identifying market opportunities, then, coaching clients through the practical steps required to connect with their market, generate cash flow, turn a profit and plan an exit. She knows how to communicate value - to investors, customers, suppliers and staff. Her experience includes sourcing working capital; structuring convertible loans and loan agreements; developing shareholder and joint ventures agreements; licensing and manufacturing choices; plus, working across borders, in different cultural milieus.  Beth has an MBA, studied at the European Summer School for Advanced Management, and has a long track record as a successful entrepreneur.
